1. Discovery Call + First Consultation
OUR PROCESS
15-minute call with Astrid to discuss your needs and expectations so we can determine if we are a good fit based on your budget, timeline, location, and goals.
After we determine we are a good fit for your project, we schedule a first consultation on-site to discuss opportunity areas and take preliminary measurements and pictures of your project space.
02. Proposal + On boarding
OUR PROCESS
After we gather all of the necessary information during our first consultation, we develop a custom project proposal enclosing the scope of work and hour estimation.
We collect signatures, initial deposit and complete any extra information needed.
03. Concept Developement
OUR PROCESS
We start the design development by presenting a general concept to ensure our initial vision is aligned with your space goals. Once approved, we begin sourcing specific surfaces, furnishings, materials, etc. To conform the final design presentation.
After our final design presentation we go through a refinement phase where we incorporate any feedback and make any adjustments to make sure everything is perfect.
04. Project management
OUR PROCESS
We send out proposals for all furnishings and finishes, and then we start placing orders. We communicate and check in regularly, receiving and inspecting all the ordered items at our preferred receiving location. Our main goal is to ensure a smooth installation day.
05. Installation day
OUR PROCESS
Once everything is set up for furniture and all the items have arrived and been checked, we can schedule the final installation. We'll work with everyone involved to make sure the installation goes smoothly, giving you a beautifully styled space to enjoy. It's all about providing a seamless, premium experience just for you!
